Find the email or document you need with your chosen assistant. Let your Symbai business send approved operational email from the account you select.
On your computer
Open Symbai Connect, choose Gmail or Drive, then continue on Google's consent page. Select access for Claude Code, Codex, or both.
Start with reading. Drafts, sending and selected-file editing are optional. Your computer and Connect must be running.
In your business
Choose “Activează Gmail în firmă” in Connect, or open Gmail in your business settings. Select the brand and authorize Google sending for that business.
Separately enable supplier orders, operational email and assistant-requested sending. The cloud connection works while your computer is off. It does not request inbox or Drive reading.
You choose the access
Google handles sign-in; Symbai never asks for your Google password. Local and cloud authorizations are stored encrypted in their respective environments. Requested content shared with Claude Code or Codex may reach Anthropic or OpenAI. Review the provider's settings before granting access.
Change permissions in Connect and business settings, or revoke access in your Google account. Removing a connection does not delete delivered emails or existing assistant conversations.
